Charter Insurance

This insurance covers the legal liability of the skipper and crew for personal injury, property damages and/or pecuniary damages arising from the use of the chartered boat, its dinghies as well as water skis and parasailors connected to the boat.

Your cancellation costs will be paid if the charter agreement is cancelled or the charter is curtailed for reasons like serious injury or unexpected serious illness of an insured person. This includes also the cancellation costs for the travel expenses you have to and from the holiday destination.

Pantaenius provides cover for the partial or full retention of the bond agreed in the charter contract as a result of any damage occurring during the charter journey.

Pantaenius pays for medical expenses incurring during the period of the charter in respect of acute illness and severe accidents.

This insurance provides cover for accidents during the charter trip. Three types of benefits are covered: disablement benefit, death benefit and rescue costs.
